   The Siam Cast Iron Works commitment to quality and reliability is displayed in the broad range of flanged cast iron Swing Check Valves. Available as simple Swing Check or with optional outside lever with weight or spring assist closure and other accessories.



Swing Check Valve

   Valves are manufactured and tested in accodance with BS 5153 PN 10/16/25,TIS.383 PN 6/10/16,MSS-SP 71 class 125/250 and also meet the requirements of AWWA C 508, generally recommended to prevent backflow with minimum resistance tor flow, because of full water way design. Suitable for all types of water ,air and steam.

FEATURES
- Sizes are available from DN 50 to DN 1000, Both metal seated and resilient seated cand be provided.
- Flanged ends from sizes DN 50 to DN 1000 and screwed ends from sizes DN 50 to DN 200
- Flanged drilling to suit ANSI B 16.1, BS 4504, BS 10, BS 4772, ISO 2531 ,AS 2129 , DIN, JIS and etc.
- Special accessories like by - pass unit, lever and weight, lever and spring, micro switch, air cushioned and oil dash - pot are also available.

Tilting Disc Check Valve

   Valves are manufactured and tested in accordance with EN 12334 PN 10/16/25, TIS 383 PN 6/10/16. MSS-SP 71 class 125/250, and also meet the requirements of AWWA C508. Thetilting disc and 2 pieces bodies designed check valve accomplishes full flow opening by having the disc pivot or tilt in the flow media. The opening stroke range in much less than that of the coventional swing check valves, therefore reduces opening and closing time critical to controlling flow reversal and reducing water hammer. The full flow area with lower headloss ensure SCI tilting disc check valve will operate with the highest efficiency and durability.

- Sizes are available from DN 150 mm. - DN 1800 mm.(6"-72")
- Flange driling to suit ANSI B16.1, EN 1092, BS 10, ANSI B16.5, AS 2129 and JIS.
- Optional accessories : Signal switch, By-pass, Hydraulic cylinder (top / bottom / side mounted)

Rubber Flapper Check Valve

   Valves are manufactured and tested in accordance with MSS-SP-71 class 250 and EN 12334 PN 16. The unique design of rubber flapper disc with the hi-strength fabric reinforced which creates an elastic spring effort to close-against the flow, combined with the tilted body seat (closing angle 35) act to reduce the closing time, minimize the water hammer and flow reversal. The simplicity in design, three components (Body, Disc & Cover) in one valve, and disc, hinge & pin are integral in one piece with fully special rubber encapsulated offer for maintenance free, 1,000,00 continuous cycles tested with no sign of wear or distortion to the valve dise and seat, Body and Cover are Ductile iron. This walve will operate trouble free for a longer period compared to conventional check valves.

- Flange driling to suit ANSI B16.1, EN 1092, BS 10, ANSI B16.5, AS 2129 and JIS.

RESILIENT SEAL SWING CHECK VALVE
(NON RETURN VALVE) FOR FIRE MAIN

   Valves are manufactured and tested in accordance with UL 312, FM, ULC class 175.The valve designed to offer positive seating for resistance against back pressure of back flow and efficient relax surge in line, suitable for fire protection and distribution service.
